Overview:
The
Dealer Business Manager
is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales through our largest dealers. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Konica Minolta and the Dealer channel to advocate for our technology product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be able to create strategic and tactical business plans for their assigned dealers within their market. They will be able to forecast accurately and utilize their knowledge of dealer & distributor inventory levels to build new revenue streams.The ideal candidate should live in Connecticut, NY Metro or New Jersey.Responsibilities:Work with assigned dealers within territory to implement sell-through activities.Create and deliver sales presentations alongside dealers to prospective customers.Provide sales training and product expertise to dealer sales representatives.Identify potential growth opportunities within assigned accounts.Manage Konica Minolta resources effectively within assigned budget.Train dealer sales reps on current and upcoming dealer programs and promotions. Ensure that reps understand and execute programs & promotions.Clarify the problem resolution process for billing, service, etc. with dealer personnel.Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including phone, text, and email response rates.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in technology sales.Experience with training and demonstrations preferred.Bachelors degree preferred.Some reseller channel experience preferred.
