A global Investment Manager in NYC is looking for a dedicated, organized, and bright Administrative Assistant to support a team of investment managers! The ideal candidate is a professional go-getter who is willing to go above and beyond on all tasks. In this role, your responsibilities will include calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, and gatekeeping incoming calls/correspondence. Someone who is extremely proactive, a strong communicator and a true gatekeeper. This is not just a transactional role - you will be managing the Investment Managers and acting as their gatekeeper. A lot of juggling mixed priorities!

$110 - $115k + OT (not heavy) + disc. Bonus Responsibilities: Managing complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook Arranging global and domestic travel multi leg itineraries Tracking and submitting expense reports Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications: 5 7 years of experience out of Financial Services Bachelors Degree preferred Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities Please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
