SUMMARY:
Under close supervision the IT Business Analyst I develop the ability to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and functional requirements from which solutions are developed. This role serves as a liaison between business operations and information systems for requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and application support.
You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
JOB DUTIESFollows processes as outlined with direct supervision.Collaborates with project sponsors and project managers to determine project scope and vision and identify project stakeholders for smaller projects.Translates stakeholder requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to technical members of the project team.Defines test approach, develops test cases, and performs software tests before implementation to confirm solutions meet business needs and quality.Supports the development of end-user documentation and training materials as required for new functionality and processes.Recommends improvements to strategy, application usage, or process applying knowledge of the business processes in various functional areas.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information verbally, visually, and in written format across all levels of the company.Developing knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.Solid technical aptitude.Ability to learn appropriate networks, products, and protocols.Communication skills.
