In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and healthcare experts to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions that facilitate seamless communication between patients, medical professionals, and healthcare systems. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Responsibilities + Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems + Act in engineering capacity to build and productize complex clinical systems that integrate with AI / ML and medical tooling like Multum, MedRT, Snomed, and more. + Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products. + Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap. + Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering peers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner. + Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. + Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software and data engineering, conversational AI, clinical automation, and healthcare IT.
