Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented
System Administrator
to join our team at
Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington.
This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide IT Systems support on a wide range of Windows based technologies: Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy EditorManage the installation and integration of hardware, system fixes, updates, and enhancementsResolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problemsAbility to resolve complex or non-routine issuesWrite and maintain documentation for supported services, processes & configurationsAbility to maintain relationships with customers with diverse needsRequired Qualifications:
BS or BA degree in a Computer Science or related scientific disciplineFive (5) years of relative experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degreeTwo (2) years of System Administrator experienceIAT II Cybersecurity Workforce IA Certification (Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc).Must be able to obtain an Operating System Certificate within 6 months of hire (e.g. Azure Administrator Associate)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing and managing Active Directory Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)Experience implementing Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) appliances.Experience reviewing, planning, testing, and implementing Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs)Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have active DOD Secret security clearance prior to starting this positionMust be able to obtain DOD Top Secret Security Clearance within one (1) yearPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer printer.Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900.00-$134,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
