This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more.The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, diagnose and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments Development and implement individualized treatment plans. Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures as necessary. Utilize imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment Provided education and counseling to patients and their families regarding orthopedic conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses and other specialist to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in continuing education opportunities Order and interpret diagnosis tests, including lab work and imaging studies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance and compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in orthopedic medicine and relevant medical practices.Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: US Citizenship is required by the government customer Ability to successfully meet the background investigation requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification Orthopedic Surgery Active, current unrestricted license to practice in the state of Oklahoma Current BLS and ACLS certificates Must be able to speak, understand, read and write English fluentlyWorking Environment & ConditionsThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
