Be a key contributor to our sales success by collaborating closely with the team and presenting insights to leadership. You'll focus on ensuring data accuracy in our systems, generating insightful reports, and supporting various processes. Your role will include managing agreements and facilitating communication between teams, while independently addressing requests from Sales. As an important liaison, you'll assist in setting up client information and support onboarding, providing solutions for both internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities:Assist account managers in monthly territory reviews, including data collection on shipments and sales forecasts.Organize and consolidate weekly sales and budget reports.Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by collaborating with sales and customers.Manage customer master data, including setup and approval for new customers in SAP.Approve and validate credit adjustments, addressing discrepancies as needed.Coordinate regional trade shows and maintain updated marketing collateral.We bring:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; food science degree preferred.2-5 years of experience with sales reporting systems, ideally in sales, sales support, or customer service.Preferred experience with CRM and SAP; advanced Excel skills are a plus.Highly motivated self-starter with excellent prioritization skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Resourceful and assertive, capable of delivering insights and solutions to both internal and external customers.Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills for effective relationship building and customer management.
