Senior Value-Based Programs Analyst at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Senior Value-Based Programs Analyst builds templates, standard documentation, policy and protocol, case studies, and disseminating best in class knowledge. The Senior Value-Based Programs Analyst work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Value-Based Programs Analyst advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Key responsibilities include: + Partners with Market Leaders and other teams such as Service Fund across the enterprise to expand our current value-based analytics and insights + Captures, analyzes and manages data from a variety of sources + Utilizes SAS/SQL to build, maintain and store datasets + Develops and maintains Power BI-based dashboards + Collaborates with teams across the organization to source underlying data + Supports the evaluation of our value-based providers through ad hoc requests In addition to being a great place to work, Humana also offers industry leading benefits for all employees, starting your FIRST day of employment.
