Our client is seeking a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician with at least 1 year of experience in IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up workstations, computers, and Cisco phones, providing essential technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure workstations, computers, and Cisco phones. Provide first-level technical support to end-users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist with network connectivity problems. Document and track issues using a ticketing system. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support. Proficiency in setting up and configuring workstations, computers, and Cisco phones. Basic understanding of networking principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
