We are seeking an experienced Partner Engineer to join our team, focused on enabling our strategic direct partners to succeed with our products and platforms. As a Direct Partner Engineer, you will work closely with our partners to understand their technical requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our products. You will be responsible for driving technical engagements, building strong relationships with our partners, and identifying opportunities to grow our partnerships.
Partner Engineer, Llama Enterprise Responsibilities
Drive technical engagements with strategic direct partners and government agencies to understand their requirements and deliver solutionsDesign, build, and integrate end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies to meet partner needsUse broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with our partners, and independently resolve complex technical and business needsUse expertise and product insight to deliver high-quality project/integration/partner engagements, while influencing product roadmap to meet the business needsGuide workflow changes, and gain consensus from stakeholders while driving toward solutionsRespond and maintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholdersBuild and manage strong working relationships with technical counterpartsMentor and share knowledge with peers, creating positive atmosphere amongst teamCoding, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback while quickly actioning feedback from code reviews conducted of your codeInfluence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topicsServe as a subject matter expert within the team and provide consultation on domain-level projectsParticipate in interviewing and onboarding of new team membersMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or a related field.Experience working with external partners, customers, or stakeholders to understand their technical requirements and deliver solutions.Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data analytics.Experience with cloud-based technologies, APIs, and data integration.Project management experience.Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: software development, data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, or operating systemsExcellent communication, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
