To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a BA/BS degree; an advanced degree and/or CFP/CFA certification is highly preferred. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development-focused advisory role, demonstrating exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, self-confidence, and enthusiasm.The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
