Project Manager
to lead construction projects in the Mission Critical space, with a focus on data centers. This role oversees all project phases, including safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, and client management, ensuring successful execution of EPC, Construction Management, and Program Management projects.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.Lead project planning, scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project risks.Coordinate permitting, site mobilization, and resource planning.Oversee project reporting, including budgets, cash flow, and status updates.Mentor project teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Manage project closeout, including documentation, turnover, and warranty processes.Qualifications
