Note: This is a hybrid-work position which requires the ability to spend up to 40% of the time in the Austin office and work flexible hours to support application deployments as needed.The Office of the Attorney General is a dynamic organization with over 4,000 employees throughout the State of Texas. The OAG Child Support Division IT Applications Development Team is seeking a talented, senior-level Salesforce programmer to join our experienced team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way Child Support manages workflows and delivers value.ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
This role will embrace a world of innovation and be a Salesforce leader. Responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce applications and solutions.Collaborating with both business and user development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Developing and configuring workflows, forms, and reports in the Salesforce platform.Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Customizing Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs.Providing incident resolution and troubleshooting support for Salesforce applications.Managing multiple programming projects and mentoring others.Ensuring security and confidentiality of sensitive information.Attends work regularly in compliance with the agreed-upon work schedule.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Programmer IVEducation: Graduation from high school or equivalent; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; experience in related fields may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.Experience: Three years of full-time experience working in related fields, including:Building and maintaining custom Salesforce.com platform applications.Working knowledge of modern cloud ecosystems, such as AWS.Experience integrating Salesforce with Mulesoft.Experience in Agile project development.Programmer V – All of the above, plus two additional years of full-time experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with state government systems and Salesforce Certifications.TO APPLY
