The regional library system is supported by active and engaged Friends of the Library organizations.

In addition, the Director oversees the administration of the central library in LaGrange. The library system’s approved FY 2025 budget of $1.5M supports approximately 18.5 full-time equivalents, including an experienced regional support staff and managerial team.
