We are looking for an assistant property manager/office manager in the Muskegon area. Must be able to self-direct and stay on task to ensure the communities are a success. Rent collection, recertifications, attention to curb appeal are top priorities to ensure a positive relationship with our residents. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus.
Qualifications:High school diploma. Real Estate License a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills. Experience with Yardi Voyager a plus.A valid driver's license and insurance coverage required.In this role you will:Report directly to the Property ManagerEnter rent payments & invoicesAnswer phones & greet clientsProcess rental applications & recertificationsMarket the CommunityEnsure resident’s selected meet occupancy criteria (“Tenant Selection Plan”).Other tasks given by the supervisorBenefits:We offer competitive wages based on experience.
