Eaton’s Bussmann is currently seeking a Resurge Program: Data analyst. The position will be hybrid with an expected 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What you’ll do:

The Data Analyst role involves working with data sets to drive business insights and decisions. Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, analyzing datasets from various sources, performing data health management, and ensuring data integrity across all systems. The role also involves generating reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support, and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Manage datasets and reports from Tenrox, Jama, Tims, ProPM, Vitality, and Resource Allocation.
Create advanced reports and dashboards for executive-level decision-making.
Analyze datasets from various sources, perform data health management, and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Integrate data from new sources into existing systems to enhance data comprehensiveness.
Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, data science, computer science, statistics or related degree
Minimum three (3) years work experience
No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred qualifications:
1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
Up to 10% travel may be required
Experience in engineering and data analysis / management
Experience in dashboarding tools such as: PowerBI, Tableau or related tools
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
