$18.25 per hourHours would include:Saturday - Tuesday 2:30PM - 10:30PMWednesday 10:30PM to 6:30AMThursday and Fridays offOrWednesday through Sundays- 2:30pm to 10:30pmResponsibilities

Helps customers with vehicle services, including but not limited to, flat tires, jumpstarts, minor repairs, and refueling

Provides assistance to stranded motoristsFacilitates the expedient flow of traffic through the roadwayDiverts traffic from the toll roads to alternate routes when a major incident occursMaintains a set of alternate routes and plans for implementing routes that will serve as a relief valve and carry a fraction of normal toll road trafficHas thorough knowledge of all areas surrounding the toll road in order to provide motorists directions to locations in the city and local landmarksRemoves stalled vehicles from the toll lanes and rampsRemoves debris from the roadway and coordinates large debris pick-up and removal with DOT maintenance personnelCoordinates with DOT for alternate routes for emergency conditionsCoordinates traffic at toll plazas to facilitate lane equipment maintenanceCoordinates with local law enforcement agenciesRemoves vehicles from the lane once the situation has been stabilizedMaintains cleanliness of vehicleArrives to work on time and in uniform for all scheduled shiftsPerforms Plaza and Ramp checksPerforms other duties as assigned by on-site supervisors or managersQualifications

Education/Experience Required:

High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and educationLicense Requirement:

Must have and maintain a valid state driver's licenseAvailability to Work:

Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.
