Job Responsibilities:Works with customers on presenting technical solutions for complex business functionalities.Provides customer support through leading client demos and presentations.Creates and modifies Business Process Models.Understands the overall system architecture and cross-functional integration.Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of business analysis relates to eligibility & enrolment, claims administration, prior authorization, managed care enrolment and payment to ensure high quality.Uses cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis to create and modify requirements documents and design specifications.Analyzes user requirements and client business needs, leveraging expert opinion and expertise.Acts as the requirements subject matter expert and supports requirements change management.Works with the business units to identify problems and system gaps in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information, and works with the development team designing solutions.Manage requirements, including elicitation, user story creation, customer sign-off, and design documentation delivery.Collaborates with Project Managers and business owners to create delivery plans for business requirements and implementations. Serves as the liaison between the product and the project team.Presents technical solutions to the business units, lead client demos and presentations and facilitates JAD sessions.Acts as the requirements subject matter expert, assists developers and QA analysts during the development phase.Required Qualifications/Experience:Healthcare experience in the following areas is a must: Eligibility & Enrolment, Claims Administration, Prior Authorization, Managed Care Enrolment and Payment.2+ years' experience working on a Medicaid project.Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years' experience as a product analyst in a software development environment.Knowledge of Agile Scrum processes.Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other collaboration tools.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Project, Word, Excel and Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users; ability to convey business problems to ITS/development team.Preferred Qualifications/Experience:Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations.Proficiency in writing SQL queries.Proven ability to gather clear business requirements, understand and create workflows, document detailed solutions.Experience working with data integration projects; analyzing and understanding data and creating data mapping specifications.Experience documenting APIs.Experience testing software applications.Why us?We are a team of experienced and caring leaders, clinicians, pioneering technologists, and industry professionals who come together to redefine expectations for the healthcare industry.
