Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location:
4045 Johns Creek Parkway Suwanee, GA
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with two later evenings per week.
Compensation:
starting at $76,000 annual base; commensurate with experience
Incentives:

Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
Outpatient Clinical Rotation if a new grad or student PT
Outpatinet Clinical experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
Valid State Physical Therapist License
CPR certification
