Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)Equity and debt offeringsPrivate investments in public entities (PIPEs)At-the-market offerings

Provide guidance to clients, particularly those in the technology and life sciences sectors, on capital market-related issuesRequirements:Experience with public company reporting, compliance, governance, and SEC regulationsProven track record with capital markets transactions, representing issuers or investment banksFamiliarity with Nasdaq/NYSE compliance standardsExperience working with clients in the technology or life sciences industries is advantageousEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active bar membership in good standing within the relevant jurisdiction(s)Skills:Strong understanding of public company compliance, governance, and capital marketsProficiency in SEC compliance and regulatory mattersExcellent communication skills with a client-focused approachAbility to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines
