Director of Operational Readiness for Large Scale Allogenic Manufacturing
to lead critical startup initiatives at our facility located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role will play a pivotal part in planning, coordinating, executing, and tracking cross-functional activities within our operational readiness team as we launch our large-scale dedicated facility for allogenic products.Lead the development, coordination, and integration of operational readiness plans for various workstreams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Process Development, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve execution challenges while actively managing schedules and risks.Ensure effective alignment of operational readiness activities with construction and commissioning/qualification projects.Drive project communication strategies, utilizing standardized tracking tools for proactive monitoring and reporting of deliverables.Provide strategic guidance for project delivery to minimize risks and optimize overall execution.Maintain positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and different departments across Lonza.Lead workshops to ensure project alignment, identify gaps, and advance site strategy.Act as a key communication link between operational teams and upper management to enhance decision-making.Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and provide coaching to foster team success.Uphold integrity and accountability while translating corporate strategy into actionable implementation plans.This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
