We're looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant. Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements, purchasing office supplies as needed, assisting in marketing our brand online and at events. Responsibilities: • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel • Improve skill sets through employee development programs • Oversee online and print marketing efforts • Purchase office equipment when appropriate • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports Qualifications: • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Compensation: $27,000 - $30,000 yearly
