Immediate need for a Physician to join a Community Health group in Hartford. Lets Discuss LOAN FORGIVENESS Staff Obstetrics and Gynecology PhysicianProvides comprehensive primary health care including health promotion and disease prevention activities for female patients. Responsible for the provision of quality health care for acute and chronic medical problems; follows hospitalized patients as appropriate, to assure continuity of care. This position includes the following:4 day work weekPost call day offCall at the hospitalShared call with partner agenciesThe incumbent in this position must:Graduate of an Accredited Medical School with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD)Completion of Accredited Board Certification in SpecialtyPossess valid State of Connecticut licensurePossession of Federal DEA number without restrictionMaintain professional competence by completing appropriate specialty requirements of CME.Have at least three years experience providing care in an OB/Gyn PracticeThe ability to fulfill HRSA and health center productivity standards.The ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environmentHave a record of providing high quality, comprehensive, clinical care to patients according to established standards, protocols and practices.The ability to communicate effectively with patients, peers and other stakeholders.
