Meeting with and communicating with a variety of vendors and customers both verbally or writtenBeing responsive to incoming phone callsProving technical support and troubleshootingSupporting and managing project workflowWorking with customers as well as the parts and service area to resolve problemsCreating work orders and invoicesBilling and invoicing customersSupporting the service managers as neededParticipate in service scheduling, if neededHandling Return Merchandise AuthorizationsParticipating in scheduling training for service employeesTraining others as neededThe background of the successful candidate must include the following:
Four years of technical support or field service experience with hydraulics, drives, PLCs, mechanical and electricalExperience reading and understanding engineering drawingsPossess the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environmentFour or more years of supporting customersExceptional communication, customer service and problem-solving skillsA solid work historyA US citizen or possess a green cardA residence within 45 minutes
