Overview: Hourly Rate $ 21.00 Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Manages and tracks all shipping through multiple vendors Builds and completes all load sheets Completes customer required paperwork Assists on the dock to ensure all deliveries are timely Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate Responds timely to Account Managers and customers' requests Manages and tracks shipping expenses Able to navigate through multiple computer programs Ensures all loads are counted and accurate Maintains a safe and clean work environment Close/Open receivers, including gamma- with the proper documentation. OLMS and signed delivery paperwork Ensure the soil has drop tags Shipping and receiving of Carriers - this can be in conjunction with Thuwun as we previously discussed Clear pack out during your work hours Handle PM's, trucks registrations - in conjunction with Lead driver Doug Dock Duties during your shift Communicate any issues such as no soil pick up/delivery issues/Pulls, etc Other duties as assigned Qualifications:

High School degree or equivalent Ability to understand all required training, written and verbal instructions Solid computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Good verbal and/or written communication skills. Must be able to understand and communicate in English Bilingual is beneficial Working knowledge of basic math skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to meet attendance schedule.
