As a leader in the steel industry, we are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue our success in providing high-quality products to our customers. We are open positions for 2nd shift, 2pm -10pm, Monday - Friday and for 3rd shift, 10pm - 6am, Monday - Friday.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loadsInspect crane for safety and maintenance issuesWork within precise limits and standards of accuracyCommunicate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operationFollow all safety regulations and guidelinesLog and tag inventory received according to specified procedureKeep accurate records of crane operationsDemonstrate initiative to proactively seek out work and complete tasksDependable and consistent attendance / punctuality May need to work weekends as assigned, depending on business needsRequirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a crane operatorAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and safety protocolsGood communication and teamwork skillsAbout Us:Delta Steel was founded in 1963 and has become a leader servicing the structural steel market.
