Description
The Business Initiatives Strategist will review, compile, and execute business initiatives. This position will ensure initiatives meet business objectives on time and on budget by tracking milestones, increasing leadership endorsement, and focusing on implementation. Additionally, The Business Initiative Strategist will create results-oriented implementation plans for the business initiatives that impact their respective groups of employee-owners.Create and implement global practice and department business initiative strategies, efforts, and programs.Consult GP and Department leaders to identify strategic business issues and opportunities, strategize, implement, and scale programs that address the identified business issues and opportunities.Convert business initiatives into specific goals, strategies, milestones, and deliverables.Assist in developing a robust implementation plan for the approved business initiatives.Responsible for the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of initiative metrics.Track and present initiative status of various engagement approaches, impacts, benefits, and barriers to influence the adaptation of initiatives.Lead the integration of marketing components into the business initiative plans.Lead and present to leadership and stakeholders the evaluation of user readiness.Lead and present in tracking and reporting challenges during the build-out of business initiatives.Responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships and partnerships with various corporate marketing staff to align business initiative implementation activities with the overall company communication channels.Initiate and present training to maximize key stakeholders' knowledge of new and existing business initiatives.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsQualifications
Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. and 4 years of related professional experience with 2 years' experience developing and executing strategies required or,Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement required.Knowledge in standard change management techniques, principles, and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated leadership skills.
