Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to lead our socialmedia strategy and execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social mediatrends, content creation, and brand growth. Youll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives,building community engagement, and driving measurable impact across multiple platforms.Job Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth across multiple platforms.Content Creation & Management:

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, etc.) for all social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.Audience Engagement & Community Management:

Monitor social media platforms for trending topics, conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers. Foster and manage relationships with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.Social Media Advertising : Assist in the execution of paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads. Track and report on ad performance, making recommendations for optimization and budget adjustments.Platform Management:

Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, ensuring content is published on schedule and aligned with platform-specific best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Vimeo, etc.).Event Content Creation:

Develop and implement social media strategies for live events, including content ideation, capture, editing, and post-event promotion to drive visibility and engagement.Partnerships & Collaborations:

Identify and manage social media partnerships and collaborations with industry influencers, businesses, and thought leaders to expand reach and drive engagement.Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with broader business objectives, seasonal promotions, and product launches.Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Regularly analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and prepare reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). Use data to identify trends and optimize future content and campaigns.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.Proficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedInProficiency in social media creative tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.Proficiency in social media planning tools: Asana, LinkTree, HootSuite, Later or similartools.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with graphic design principles and basic video editing skills are a plus.Experience in the home furnishings or interior design industry is a plus.
