Salesforce Platform Technical Architect | SAAS Solutions

Top Tier Investment Management firm is looking for a Salesforce Platform Technical Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to Head up the Distribution Technology team. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to drive innovation and implement FIRM's Salesforce and Distribution solutions. As the Head of Distribution Technology, you will play a key role in developing a Distribution platform, including Salesforce products and other SAAS solutions for internal collaboration, analytics, and reporting. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of technology professionals and shape the future of our technology landscape. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce platform development, implementation, and administration. Proven track record of effectively leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Tableau Server, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive business value. Some experience with Optimizely or a similar Digital Experience platform. Demonstrable experience working effectively in a heavily distributed environment.
