Job Description :
We are seeking a
Enterprise Architect
to develop and implement a strategic technical roadmap that aligns with public health data modernization initiatives. This role involves architecting scalable data systems, driving innovation, and providing technical leadership to enhance data collection, analysis, and decision-making capabilities for public health programs.
Responsibilities :•Develop a technical roadmap for data modernization that aligns with organizational vision and priorities.•Architect scalable, secure data systems to support public health surveillance and decision-making.•Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for enhancing data collection, analysis, and dissemination processes.•Provide technical guidance and support to ensure effective use of modern data technologies.•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT strategies align with business objectives and public health goals.•Drive improvements in system integration, cloud infrastructure, and networking design.•Ensure the protection of sensitive public health data through robust security protocols and measures.•Lead teams in strategic planning, system roadmapping, and IT infrastructure optimization.•Conduct impact analysis for cloud infrastructure and networking design, identifying improvements and solutions to technical challenges.•Utilize IT information and analytics platforms such as DataBricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Power BI, and Tableau for data-driven decision-making
Required Skills:•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.•Proficiency in programming languages, database management, system design, networking, cloud services, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity.•Hands-on experience in roles such as software developer, systems analyst, or network engineer.•Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.•Expertise in strategic planning, roadmapping, and aligning IT strategy with business goals.•Experience with modeling and diagramming tools for IT system design.•Knowledge of security protocols and practices for protecting public health data.•Familiarity with DevOps methodologies for improving system deployment and operational efficiency.•Experience with enterprise architecture, including cloud infrastructure and networking design.•Proficiency with IT analytics platforms such as DataBricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Power BI, and Tableau.•Experience in public or government health sectors.
Nice to Have:•Master's degree in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture.•Certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.•Proven leadership in system architecture projects•
