Pay: $21-30/HR
Shift: M-F, Flexible Daylight Hours
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree or higher in a related scientific field, or equivalent professional experience.3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical device industry.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to Quality System and follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as outlined in the Training Matrix.Assemble small components and products according to both verbal and written instructions and procedures.Work independently, completing assignments efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.Operate a range of equipment, including adhesive dispensers, vertical shrinkers, braiders, tipping machines, drilling and punching machines, and measurement devices to assemble catheters and related components.Maintain detailed records of materials used, procedures followed, and inspection data, such as device history records (LHR).Identify and report the need for repairs or upgrades to manufacturing equipment.Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and team members.Monitor the availability and condition of materials, tools, and procedures throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring incoming materials meet purchase order specifications.Assist engineering project leads with procedure modifications and propose improvements for product assembly or subassemblies.Conduct product and component testing according to written protocols and test procedures.
