We excel at proving technological solutions to over 1,000 agencies nationwide and allowing those agencies to fulfill their missions without worrying about the technical complexities.Qualifications:Minimum RequirementsBachelors Degree in business related field such as Business, Finance, or Accounting required.At least five (5) years of work experience in a finance-related role required with budget preparation/control or administration of government contracts.United States citizenship required.Ability to receive clients approval to work on contract required.Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).Experience with fully integrated ERP systems (Syteline preferred).Expert knowledge of MS Excel software, including V-lookups and pivot tables.Excellent communication and customer service skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.Analytical ability.Attention to detail.Ability to lead projects and improve processes.Accuracy, attention to detail, well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to deal effectively with customers, employees, sales staff, and all levels of Company management.Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.Must exhibit leadership qualities to gain the respect of all employees.Ability and desire to work in a cooperative manner and to make management decisions.Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.BI IncorporatedResponsibilities:SummaryManages daily financial tasks, including administrative, budgeting, and forecasting processes and procedures for EM and ISAP. Provide direct support to Vice President and Director of Finance as well as oversight and direct support to field operations and business office staff.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms duties typically expected of a Manager including performance reviews of staff, project planning, hiring, disciplinary actions, and process improvements.Ensures all contractual requirements related to finance and reporting for ISAP are adequately met.Oversees and implements Business Office compliance with company processes and procedures including internal controls. This includes establishing and maintaining accounting procedures, controls, and fiscal reporting methods, procedures for payment of invoices, P-card maintenance, and other related activities.Ensures the accounting close process proceeds appropriately, meeting deadlines and working within Company guidelines.Identifies and analyzes manufacturing cost and usage inefficiencies and helps develop, implement and drive cost reduction plans, by being familiar with ERP system and process flow.Understands and improves costs and analyzes participant data, financial data, and ensures the integrity of reporting.Coordinates of the budget and forecast process, meeting all deadlines. Provides recommendations to the BI Executive Team for revenue forecasts and operating margin.Communicates in a professional manner with all staff and vendors as necessary regarding the appropriateness of purchases and the proper allocation of expenses.Manages team to identify and provide key performance indicators for EM and ISAP ensuring both financial and operational objectives are met.Prepares and communicates the ISAP billing reports with officers and management of the Alternatives to Detention Program within DHS.Leads team to address all operational reporting commitments of contracts.Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay:Pay USD $100,000.00/Yr. to USD $110,000.00/Yr.
