We're looking for a SERVICE MANAGER to join our team at FRIENDSHIP CHEVY/GMC!

What You'll Do:
Hire, effectively train, and supervise all service department personnelEnforce safety requirementsWork closely with the Fixed Operations DirectorCreate and exceed objectives for the department, to include an annual operating budget and marketing planMaintain high Customer Service Index rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriatelyMatch customer requirements and concerns to various service optionsEnsure the customer remains informed and updated throughout the service processMaintain customer follow up system to encourage repeat and referral businessComply with the federal, state, and local regulations for the departmentContinue education of new products, features, and accessoriesDemonstrate positive attitude consistent with Friendship cultureWhat You'll Bring:
3-years related automotive dealership experienceFlexibility in a fast-paced environmentA focus on providing excellent customer serviceThe desire to build and support a top performing teamExcellent communication and relationship building skillsAn ability to work well in process-driven environmentsOrganized and detail oriented mindsetCompensation and Benefits:
