Overview:

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for working with the development teams to create defect free releases for our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Quality and can take on challenge to find every kind of defect across a multi-tiered application with focus in all of the areas below:Responsibilities:Create, Maintain and execute detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for web, mobile and API testing.Develop and implement overall testing strategies and methodologies to ensure high-quality product releases.Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugsManeuver various network and cloud configurations.Build and monitor automated tests and notify engineering teams of failed test.Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.2+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum product development methodology and lifecycle.Extensive experience with automation tools and frameworks, with a focus on developing robust automated test suites for web, mobile, and API testing.Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as black box testing, Whitebox testing, performance testing, regression testing, automated testing, UX Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies.Experience working with software QA tools like JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, Appium, Tosca, Cypress, Mocha, Cucumber etc.Basic knowledge of iOS and Android for QA evaluation of mobile applications.Debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience with in-sprint automation is an added advantage.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
