This role is for a Finance Operations Specialist, focused on the review, reconciliation, and process improvement surrounding outstanding accounts receivable balances from internal Tesla Service and Collision centers.A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills as strengths: Microsoft Excel, comparing and analyzing multiple sets of data for reconciliation, customer support, and identifying process inefficiencies.
Responsibilities
Comprise detailed data sets to demonstrate collection effortsPartner closely with business stakeholders to provide support for the Internal Service & Collision CentersPerform detail data review & reconciliation of accounting records associated with Internal Service & Collision invoices and paymentsCollaborate with the Finance Operations team to identify process improvementsPrepare journal entries to adjust accounting records to reflect payment and invoice adjustments as requiredRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or minimum 2 years relevant work experienceStrong Microsoft Excel SkillsExperience with identifying problems and implementing solutions and/or improving processesExperience with large ERP systemsCommitment to cultivating strong cross-functional relationshipsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentCompensation and BenefitsBenefits

$20.80 - $37.20/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
