As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts and make a substantial impact.Position Overview:As our next rockstar Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of CGS's growth strategy. You’ll play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. If you're passionate about sales, relationship-building, and the security services industry, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and support company growth objectives.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors, presenting CGS's services as trusted solutions for their security needs.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and other outreach strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that align with clients' unique requirements.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continually refine CGS’s business development strategies.Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Represent CGS with professionalism and integrity, consistently upholding our brand values.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the security services or related industries.Strong understanding of security services and industry trends.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Military and prior law enforcement applicants welcomed.Why Join CGS?Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for career growth within a fast-expanding company.
