: Business Analyst Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration : 10 months contract Pay rate : $60-$70/hr on W2 Client :
Texas Health and Human Services Commission Description: The Business Analyst supports day-to-day operations of the Administrative Applications Organization. Responsibilities include the ownership of internally scoped deliverables as directed by the Director of Administrative Applications which can include but are not limited to software renewals, budget actions, contractor renewals, audit deliverables, vulnerability remediation deliverables, technical debt, internal process and procedure reviews, and roadmap action items. This role may serve as a Scrum Master as needed which includes oversight and administration of the required Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective as well as other ceremonies and actions as required. This position will ensure compliance with policies and procedures including those established for Administrative Applications. Required Qualifications: 8 years of Experience in managing a large budget. Experience with procurement processes and procedures. Should have experience with software renewals. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology practices. Good to have experience with Jira. Good to have Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master. Preferred experience with audit deliverables.
