Workers Compensation Coordinator

We are seeking a Workers' Compensation Coordinator to immediately take on an opening with a recognized organization in Ridgewood, Queens, NY!Key Responsibilities:
Workers' Compensation Reporting: Collect and report information to insurance and HR departments.Filing and Documentation: Follow up with filing, including C240 forms.Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality with workers' compensation teams.Incident Reporting: Receive and read incident reports, identify missing information, and determine if equipment was involved.Data Entry: Perform basic data entry and maintain logs for incident reports.Spreadsheets: Utilize basic spreadsheet skills for data management.Communication: Engage with store managers to move conversations along and gather necessary information.Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years of office work experience, with at least 1 year in reporting/workers' compensation.HR/Workers' Compensation: 1-3 years of experience in HR or workers' compensation.Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and ability to understand when things don't make sense.Retail Experience: Experience in retail is a plus.Skills: Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet management.About Aston Carter:
