Join Colliers’ dynamic Investment Sales team as a Capital Markets Analyst supporting our Industrial and Office sectors. Collaborate closely with seasoned professionals and develop your skills for a thriving career in investment sales.Key Responsibilities:Investment Sales Advisory Packages:

Prepare comprehensive packages for commercial real estate transactions, including in-depth research, financial modeling, and executive summaries.Financial Modeling & Underwriting:

Conduct sophisticated financial modeling and underwriting using market data and comparable transactions to evaluate opportunities.Due Diligence Management:

Oversee the due diligence process, leading marketing and closing efforts while ensuring effective communication with the team, clients, and market stakeholders.Document Analysis:

Review and analyze real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals) to identify and address potential issues.Financing Recommendations:

Develop financing alternatives and recommendations for presentation to senior team members.Networking:

Build a robust client network through meetings, events, and active involvement in real estate trade organizations.Team Collaboration:

Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss deal flow, market conditions, and new client leads.RequirementsExperience:

3-5 years in financial analysis, preferably within the mortgage or commercial real estate sectors.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise software.Strong understanding of discounted cash flow analysis and commercial real estate financial modeling.Self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management abilities.Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with top-level executives and explaining strengths and weaknesses of commercial real estate investments.Experience with loan committees and/or investment committees is a plus.Analytical Acumen:

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.Collaboration:
