This will involve assisting or leading installations/upgrades, researching security resolutions, and resolving customer incident reports, investigating proactive solutions. Possess effective communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally and effectively with staff, management, vendors, and other stakeholders. Able to influence others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. Able to effectively explain technical subject matter to non-technical audiences. Experience working on a highly complex OnBase enterprise platforms(multiple instances). Driven to provide in-depth root cause analysis, design, and support for department systems Experience working in an environment that serves our Nation's military, veterans, Guard and Reserves and Medicare beneficiaries Minimum Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience. 3 or more years of related work experience as an OnBase administrator or similar position. Preferred Qualifications Able to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Proficient in writing SQL Statements in a relational database and able to query and modify data and table structure in a relational database. Knowledge and understanding of reports creation using Business Intelligence (BI) or other reporting tools. Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) certifications desired. Salary Range $100,000 - $140,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside of this range.
