About the Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our training initiatives and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an engaging relationship builder who excels in problem-solving and time management. Youll design and implement effective training programs that inspire our team members and empower them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and implement training programs tailored to various learning styles and roles within the company.Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessionsboth in-person and virtuallyto ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and adjusting as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.Manage training schedules, materials, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with diverse teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Experience in instructional design and curriculum development is a plus.A passion for creating positive learning environments and fostering continuous improvement.
