Job Responsibilities
As a part of the customer-facing organization within TP-Link’s B2B business, you will enjoy an environment of continuous learning, growing your knowledge base with new technologies, and applying that knowledge to create solutions to drive growth for our customers. In this role you will acquire and apply expertise in a variety of broadband access technologies including Wi-Fi, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 routing, network software/API.
Your main responsibilities will focus on supporting pre-sales activities, including presenting the value and benefits of our product portfolio through technical discussions and presentations in a trusted advisor capacity, providing hands-on support of customer lab qualification, integration, and deployment, as well as using your soft skills to build and manage both internal and customer relationships to drive our collective success. Assist in the configuration and testing of products in lab and field trials as directed by the prospect.
Identify and articulate TP-Link opportunities to the Sales team.
Become the ‘trusted advisor’ to TP-Link Sales teams on all activities related to B2B opportunities.
Fully understand and contribute to the overall TP-Link’s B2B strategy.
Requirements
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (electrical engineering, computer science, etc.) but not necessary.
5+ years in Sales/Systems Engineering, technical support, or related experience.
Working knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies.
Layer 2 Switch and Layer 3 Routing experience
Network Management software including API experience.
Proven knowledge in broadband access infrastructure technologies including middle mile networks.
Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to take-action with advanced interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the US to trade shows and customer locations.
