A Data Architect on our team also understands cloud cost optimization, as well as AWS and Snowflake data architecture best practices.This role requires an onsite presence in Portland, Oregon.Key Responsibilities:Design, and develop AWS and Snowflake solutions to meet business objectivesEvaluate security risks and implement countermeasures for cloud based solutionsInvestigate methods to improve cost efficiency and scalability of cloud based solutionsProvide guidance and mentoring to DevOps CICD team membersIdentify gaps and improvements of existing cloud based solutionsArchitect Skills:Strong understanding of AWS and Snowflake technologies and a depth of experience deploying solutions in AWS and SnowflakeExpertise managing and deploying Snowflake Accounts, warehouses, databases, objects, etc.Ability to translate complex business requirements into cloud based technical solutionsExperience with ETL tools and methodologiesStrong understanding of security hardening and concepts within cloud frameworksKnowledgeable about AWS VPCs, PrivateLinks, routing, firewalls, and other network technologiesExposure to Azure technologies and resource managementExpertise in the following Languages: Python, Terraform, SQL, Snowflake SQL, Shell, Github, DevOpsBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in AWS design and development5+ years of experience using Snowflake5+ years of experience using Python5+ years of experience using SQLPreferred Skills:AWS CertificationAWS Security PrinciplesExperience with Terraform, Shell, Github, DevOpsOn-site presenceUndergraduate or Graduate degree preferred#LI-CDL #AWS #Snowflake #DataArchitectWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $187,875 - $250,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
