Staffmark seeking motivated and reliable Material Handlers to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic company offering competitive pay, benefits, and growth potential.
Pay & Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $16.00/hr
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $17.00/hr
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17.50/hr
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials in the warehouse using both manual and powered industrial equipment. You will stack and organize materials onto pallets, ensuring that all items are labeled correctly. You will prepare materials with shrink wrap or strapping to secure them during transport, perform quality checks, and document the results. In addition, you will maintain a clean and safe workspace, participating in housekeeping tasks such as removing waste and hazards. You will also take part in annual inventory counts and complete other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
1 year of forklift experience required.
Basic math skills are necessary.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Flexible work schedule required.
