Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Developer
to join our ERP development team who will analyze, design, and develop new features, enhance existing functionality, and create API/web service integrations for our ERP application. Key responsibilities include identifying and fixing bugs, developing and modifying ERP reports, working with Data Entities for import/export processes, and managing ERP security requests. This role requires proficiency in working with ERP databases via SQL Server and includes administration of ERP environments, such as installation and configuration. This position also requires the ability to deploy code to multiple environments, including non-production and production/live settings. Ideally, the candidate will have experience or the willingness to grow into a full-stack development role.This is a hybrid role based in Minnesota.BENEFITS & PERKS

Providing technical expertise in ERP systems: mainly development and Administration.X++ Code development and working with a team of Business Analysts for gathering requirements or issue details.Work with Business Users as well, if and when needed, in cases of conflicts with requirements, and also continued testing.Development and modification of Forms, Functionality, Reports (utilizing the SSRS framework) and All-round X++ development, based on requirements.Design/develop Security controls around any newly developed customizations/features.Develop Reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations using the new Extension methodology of customization/modification and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).Use the Visual Studio debugging tool to troubleshoot issues/errors arising in the ERP.Develop custom web services, or other artifacts needed to create successful API interfaces to enable integrations into other systems. Building on prior experience possibly even working with AIF services.Setting up, refreshing and maintenance of ERP environments in the SDLC.Provide critical production issue resolution.Create/modify Transactional Reports (Finance, Purchasing, Sales modules amongst others) and/or Document Reports (Invoices, PO Confirmations, Packing Slips, amongst others).Debug code as needed from errors/bugs/wrong functionality.Use Trace Parser as needed to resolve issues or performance issues.Use Data Management framework to import/export data based on requests.Work with the Data Warehouse team to work on issues pertaining to Data Entities that help in keeping data integration between ERP and external systems.Work with a team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements.Work with business users to prioritize production issue resolution.Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications, as figured during the development process.Understanding of Business/Process as needed for the tasks and/or modules of ERP.Uses AzureDevOps (VSTS) and LCS to manage assigned work items and delivers on or before assigned deadlines.Escalates issues as appropriate.MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field from an accredited University.3+ years of experience working on MS Dynamics AX enhancements, reports and/or integrations, as well as providing IT support.5+ years of development experience.X++ or any other Object-Oriented Programming Language experience.Knowledge of databases especially Microsoft SQL Server.Microsoft Dynamics certifications a plus.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft’s D3FO ERP.Ability to develop reports using SSRS reports embedded within D3FO.Implement and manage security requests with the application.Knowledge of X++ programming language.Knowledge and experience in doing code deployments for D3FO to non-production and production environments via LCS.Knowledge with using/developing AIF services previously and Web Services in the new F&O.Knowledge of creating/modifying and using Data Entities from Data Management framework.Power Platform, Power Automate and Power BI knowledge is a plus.Electronic Reporting (GER) framework is a plus.Good communication (written and oral) skills when working with end users and fellow team members.Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution.Facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan.Work with a team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreement.Work with business parties to prioritize production issue resolution.RahrBSG, a subsidiary of Rahr Corporation, supports the craft beer, wine and distilling industries as a one-stop shop for industry-related supplies and ingredients.
