100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.Required:• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);• Strong programming skills with experience in software development, integration, and maintenance.• Experience in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban for supporting software development and support teams.• Experience with DevOps practices, including automation of code release handoff from development to operations.• Experience in leading development projects, providing technical guidance, and collaborating effectively within project teams.• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and managing development activities through various stages, from analysis to implementation.• Change management experience, including service ticket management and ensuring user satisfaction through resolution monitoring and support.• Experience in defining, tracking, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for system performance and reliability.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred:• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for scaling Agile practices across the organization.• Experience in defining, documenting, and analyzing software business requirements on a project-by-project basis.• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility, security, and compliance standards to ensure applications adhere to technical policies, industry standards, and relevant legislation.• Experience in DevOps automation tools and practices to streamline deployment and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).• Experience in experimental application development for testing new ideas within budget and time constraints.Responsibilities:• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users.• Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, integrate, customize, and enhance existing or new systems.• Apply appropriate Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology to manage development activities.• As a lead developer, you will be responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.• Automate the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps).• Participate in the change management and service ticket management processes including receiving, resolution monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Why apply?• Gain experience with one of the world’s largest solar and wind energy providers, which last year briefly became the most valued U.S. energy company;• Work with a great team of professionals and learn the newest technologies and approaches;• Enjoy our Client’s wonderful campus with top-notch facilities for work and recreation;• Benefit from multiple project extensions;• Receive support and advice from Vitaver consultants who are already working at our Client’s site;• Get extra cash by participating in Vitaver's Successful Completion Bonus Program;• Always get paid in full and on time.
