Brunswick Cove Living Center, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate MDS Nurses to join our team. As an MDS Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care and support to our residents. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being and comfort of our residents.Responsibilities

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plansKnow and understand rules and regulations regarding MDS complianceComplete all assessments and transmit per the outlined timeframeContinue education to address changing new regulations as neededUtilize and outline appropriate care plans per Resident needsRespond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventionsEducate Residents and their families about healthcare procedures and self-careEnsure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standardsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and colleaguesCore Values

Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of employmentExperience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferredExcellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well within a teamCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient careFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays12 Hour ShiftsBenefits
