Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership:
- Develop and execute commercial strategy to meet growth targets
- Lead sales strategy development, including performance metrics and incentives
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams
- Optimize product/service pricing for profitable growth
- Drive customer retention through exceptional satisfaction
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, pharma companies, and diagnostic providers
- Adapt commercial strategies to market conditions and competitive landscape
Marketing Leadership:
- Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Define target markets and segments to maximize adoption
- Develop positioning and product launch strategies
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends
- Incorporate user feedback into product strategy
- Build referral networks through relationships with early adopters
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with executive team on forecasting and planning
- Oversee commercial budgets and resource allocation
- Track key revenue performance metrics
- Report to leadership on commercial progress and market conditions
Required Profile:
- Operational excellence with proven track record of delivering results
- Experience building and inspiring high-performing commercial teams
- Deep understanding of IVD market and customer landscape
- Strong network within clinical diagnostics
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Qualifications:
- Science or Business degree (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years’ commercial leadership experience in IVD/MedTech/Life Sciences
- Proven success scaling commercial functions in startup environment
- Strong healthcare market and regulatory knowledge
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to fast-paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
