This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal environment.Duties:Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality legal work products, including drafting agreements, memoranda, and client communications.Respond promptly to client inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence.Manage deadlines and work assignments in a timely and efficient manner.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.Adhere to firm policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required, including prolonged computer work and participation in virtual meetings and conferences.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements:JD degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in California.3+ years of relevant experience in investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.Experience with secondary transactions, separately managed accounts, and carry vehicle structuring preferred.Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.Sound business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Effective research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.Ability to influence and persuade others when necessary.Prior management experience is beneficial.Education and Certifications:JD degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in California.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Sound business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving abilities.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence and persuade others.Benefits:
