This role provides a platform for early responsibility and offers significant exposure to corporate transactions, including private equity, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets transactions. The position is available in various office locations, offering a dynamic environment and close collaboration with partners and clients across multiple industries.Duties:Lead due diligence efforts and manage all related processes.Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and other ancillary transaction documents.Oversee and facilitate the closing of corporate transactions.Provide counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including private equity, M&A, and capital markets transactions.Collaborate closely with partners and clients, taking responsibility for key aspects of transactions.Work across a variety of industries, applying strong analytical and negotiation skills.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate law.Proven experience in private equity, M&A, and capital markets transactions.Expertise in supervising due diligence, drafting acquisition agreements, and managing transaction closings.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to take on significant responsibility.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong academic credentials.Certifications:Active membership in the state bar of the office location applied for.Skills:Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage complex corporate transactions independently.Effective at working collaboratively within a team environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.Self-motivated with a focus on client-centered solutions.
